About Nanthi

I help busy people build simple, sustainable habits so they can thrive—feeling energized, grounded, and fully alive.

In my early twenties, I was constantly sick—pneumonia, low iron, brain fog. Changing how I ate and moved helped me feel lighter and more energized, and yoga became my anchor. Over time I realized wellness isn’t just food or workouts; it’s how we think, feel, and show up every day.

Years later, weekly migraines and rising stress told me something needed to shift again. I rebuilt my routines from the ground up: fiber- and protein-forward meals, weekly meal prep, twice-daily meditation, daily movement that blends strength, mobility, and walking, less alcohol, and supportive therapies like acupuncture, colonics, lymphatic massage, and my beloved castor oil. I also reintroduced meat after years of vegan/vegetarian eating—bio-individuality in action—and my energy changed dramatically.
